The long term care provision is being abandoned as fiscally impossible...a huge blow to Obamacare as it was touted as a means to offset the overall costs of the health care package from being a deficit spending program to breaking even by lowering long terms costs associated with care; in short, the very part of the plan which "balanced it" has been proven impossible to implement by the people who crafted it in the first place.
